This class is taught by Mr. Michael DesRosiers . Mr. DesRosiers holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Julio “Foca” Fernandez and is a top level “No Gi” competitor. He is a very versatile martial artist who has cross trained in; Kempo, Aikido and Taekwon-Do. This class is high energy & fast paced…it covers multiple aspects of the grappling arts, from freestyle wrestling, to throwing, and of course submissions; this class has it all!
